- What is the FlexCare Referral Program?
- The FlexCare Referral Program is our way of saying thank you for helping us connect with great clinicians. When you refer a qualified healthcare professional who completes their first assignment with FlexCare, you’ll earn a referral bonus of up to $1,000 as a token of our appreciation.
- How Do I Refer Someone?
- Referrals can be submitted through the FlexCare referrals form, through the FlexCare 360 mobile app, or directly through a FlexCare recruiter (verbal or written).

- Who Can Refer a Clinician to FlexCare?
- Anyone over the age of 18 can refer a clinician to FlexCare.

- Any clinician who is a qualified clinician within the specialties that FlexCare staffs. Please note that clinicians who have previously worked with FlexCare will not be qualified as a referral.

- How Many People Can I Refer?
- There is no maximum number of clinicians that a person can refer. The more referrals you submit, the higher your referral bonus earning potential!

- How Much Can I Earn Through Referrals?
- For every clinician referred, you will be rewarded up to $1,000* when your referral completes their first assignment. *See the Referral Terms of Service for details.

- All referral bonuses and completion bonuses will be paid after the completion of the referral’s first qualified FlexCare assignment.

- Does the Referral Need to Start Their Assignment Within a Certain Timeframe?
- For the referrer to qualify for the referral bonus, the referral must start their first assignment within 180 days of being referred.

- What Happens if My Referral Does Not Complete Their Assignment?
- If your referral does not complete their first FlexCare assignment, a referral bonus will not be paid unless their assignment was canceled by the facility at which they were working and they completed at least eight (8) weeks of the assignment. If less than eight (8) weeks were completed, you will be eligible for a referral bonus if the referral starts a new assignment within thirty (30) days of the end of the original assignment and completes a total of at least eight (8) weeks between both assignments.
