Who qualifies as a Qualified Referral?
A Qualified Referral is a nurse, allied health professional, or therapist in a specialty staffed by FlexCare who has not previously connected with FlexCare. They must be referred between July 6 and July 31, 2026, start a FlexCare assignment by December 31, 2026, and successfully complete a qualifying 13+ week assignment.
Who can refer a clinician?
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident can participate. FlexCare internal employees are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.
What can I earn?
If your referral completes a qualifying 13+ week FlexCare assignment, you could earn a $500 Referral Bonus. The clinician you referred could earn a $1,000 Welcome Bonus after completing that same assignment.
Do I need to know if my coworker wants to travel?
Not at all. If you know someone who deserves more earnings, more flexibility, or a better recruiting experience, send them our way. They'll have the opportunity to learn about FlexCare and decide if it's the right fit for them.
Can I receive both the $500 Referral Bonus and the $1,000 Welcome Bonus?
No. Participants may receive either the Referral Bonus or the Welcome Bonus, but not both.
When do bonuses get paid?
Bonuses are paid after all eligibility requirements have been met and the qualifying 13+ week assignment has been successfully completed.
Does my referral have to start during the promotion?
No. Referrals must be submitted between July 6 and July 31, 2026, but the referred clinician has until December 31, 2026 to start a qualifying FlexCare assignment.
What if my coworker has already talked with FlexCare?
To qualify, the clinician must not already exist in FlexCare's candidate database when they're referred. If they've previously connected with FlexCare, they won't qualify for this promotion.
How many clinicians can I refer?
As many as you'd like! There is no limit to the number of Qualified Referrals you can submit during the promotion.
How do I know if my referral qualifies?
Once your referral is submitted, our team will review their eligibility based on the promotion requirements. FlexCare reserves the right to determine final bonus eligibility.
